Function
The TT-CW checkweigher series is a high speed and precision automatic online weight-checking equipment. It is used for checking if the products weights are compiled to the set target weight with tolerance and is able to auto-reject the products which are under-weight or over-weight.That ensures the weight of products meet standard. It is used in products automatic packing production lines.
Working Principle
- The in-order products with equal distance go into the weighing-belt;
- When the products are passing the front photo-sensor on the weighing-belt, they start to be weighed by the checkweigher;
- When the products are pass through the weighing-belt, the load cell will finish the weighing with AD technology and display the weight on the screen;
- It will compare the displayed weight with the set target weight and distinguish the qualify and unqualified products. the over-weight and under-weight ones will be auto-rejected. All the weighing records will be saved or printed (option);
(including beauty cosmetics, cleaning cosmetics, skin care products, hair cosmetics, etc.),detergents
(including soap, washing powder, detergent, etc.), oral products (including toothpaste,mouthwash, etc.),
other chemical products (including shoe polish, floor wax, deodorant, insect repellent, etc.) and kinds of foods
which are packed in bags, sachets, boxes, jars, cans, cartons, etc.
