Working Method

Factory View

Each weighing hopper corresponds to two memory hoppers on the lower level. After the value is taken, the material is flipped left and right to be placed into the corresponding memory hopper. A total of 14 memory hoppers on the lower level participate in the combination to achieve the target weight. The combined material is then placed onto the lower-level collection conveyor, which transports it to the next workstation.
