1. How can we choose the machinery?
Please contact our sales team, provide the product details you require, and we will offer a suitable solution with a machine that meets your needs, along with the most favorable quotation.
2. What is the leading time?
A regular machine can be delivered within 20-25 days. For customized machines, evaluation is necessary depending on the project.
3.How long is the warranty period?
Whole machine 1 year. During the warranty period, new, free parts will be sent to you to replace the broken ones.
4. What are the payment terms?
T/T, L/C, Western Union, or 100% L/C at sight. T/T 30% as a deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. We will show you the photos and videos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
5. Is the updated production process information available?
After the order is confirmed, updated production details, including product photos and videos, will be available to you. The machine will be delivered after we have tested it and confirmed its operation with you.
6. What kind of transportation can we provide?
Sea shipping, air transportation, and international express.
